This SMS Opt-In Policy applies to SMS text messages sent by OrNsoft Corporation in connection with OrNsoft and its software products, platforms, and websites, including:

  • kantum.ai
  • app.kantum.ai
  • ceertia.com
  • ceertia.app

Kantum and CEErtia are software products operated by OrNsoft Corporation.

OrNsoft Corporation may send SMS text messages to people who choose to receive them through public inquiry forms, contact forms, consultation requests, demo requests, support forms, account-related forms, customer communication forms, or partner application forms made available through OrNsoft or its software products.

OrNsoft does not treat submitting a phone number by itself as consent to receive SMS messages. SMS consent is collected only when a person provides their mobile phone number and intentionally selects an optional SMS consent checkbox on an OrNsoft, Kantum, or CEErtia form.

The SMS consent checkbox is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry, contact request, consultation request, demo request, support request, account request, or partner application. A person may submit a form without opting in to SMS. Only submissions where the person intentionally checks the SMS consent checkbox are treated as SMS opt-ins.

When you opt in, OrNsoft may send text messages related to your inquiry, consultation request, demo request, scheduled meeting, project discussion, support request, account communication, customer communication, software account activity, or partner application.

SMS consent applies only to the specific form, product, website, or communication context where it was provided. Opting in through one OrNsoft product or website does not automatically opt you in to unrelated SMS messages from another OrNsoft product or website.

Message frequency varies depending on your relationship with OrNsoft and the nature of your request, but you may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing, licensing, or using any product, software, or service from OrNsoft. You can contact OrNsoft without opting in to SMS by emailing info@ornsoft.com or calling +1 (888) 808-9498.

OrNsoft does not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

OrNsoft may use service providers to help deliver SMS messages, but those providers are authorized to use SMS-related information only to provide messaging services on OrNsoft’s behalf.
