AI is easy to demo. We bring your AI pilot to production. The four labels Integrated, Secure, Governed and Accountable, with the line AI trusted by design and the OrNsoft symbol.

Seventeen years of putting software into production taught us three lessons, and AI made each of them more important, not less. Our clients taught us all three. Here they are, and what they mean for moving an AI pilot to production.

Key takeaways

  • Production is measured in years of use, not in a launch date.
  • Agree on what “done” means before anything is built.
  • One named person answers for the system until it runs.
  • The hard part of AI moved from the model to everything around it.

Where did OrNsoft start?

I founded OrNsoft in Florida in 2009 to build software that organizations run their operations on. Six years later, in 2015, we began applying AI in that software.

Since then: 1,000+ projects delivered, 98% on-time delivery and a 5.0 Clutch client rating.

17 years. From software that runs operations to AI that runs in production. 2009: Founded in Florida to build software that runs operations. 2015: Applied AI in our own software. Today: AI products, and AI systems brought from concept or pilot to production.

What does production mean to a client?

The clearest answer I have read did not come from us. It came from EDF:

“More than ten years of collaboration with this company. A solution that was innovative from the start and kept its technological lead. Yes, I recommend them.” Laurence Natali, Head of B2B Partnership, EDF.

Dayoris said it in fewer words: “It’s been seven or eight years. Every year we do some type of a project with OrNsoft.” Dan Benitah, President, Dayoris, on Clutch.

That is the standard we hold ourselves to. A system is in production when the people who depend on it are still relying on it years later.

What are the three lessons for moving an AI pilot to production?

What moves a system to production. 01 · Agree on done before you build. A target written and signed by the owners, first. 02 · One named person answers for it. A named senior lead responsible until it runs. 03 · The hard part moved from the model to the system around it.

1. Agree on “done” before you build

DEKRA put it precisely: “Results were measured against key performance indicators agreed in advance between DEKRA and OrNsoft.” Marc Poidvin, Operational Business Manager, DEKRA Industrial SAS. Clutch, translated from French.

When the target is written and signed first, nobody argues later about whether the work succeeded. Today every forward-deployed engagement starts with a production definition: one page, signed by your accountable business and technical owners.

2. One named person answers for it

Systems stall in the gaps between teams. So every engagement has a named senior lead responsible until it runs, from the first week to the handover your team signs.

3. The hard part moved

AI is easy to demo. Production is the hard part. A capable model and a clean sample of data can show almost any idea. A system your operation depends on also needs integration with the systems you already run, security that passes review, governance where errors carry real cost, and someone accountable once it is live. Our week-by-week engagement is built around those four.

What does OrNsoft do now?

We build AI products and bring AI systems from concept or pilot to production for operations where accuracy, control and accountability matter.

  • Our products. Ceertia, our flagship: evidence-based compliance verification. Orlead: AI agent-powered CRM. Kantum AI: AI that runs operations. Today our products are built on AdminCore, our proprietary technology.
  • Forward-deployed engineering. For AI companies that have sold an enterprise customer and need to get them live, and for operators whose AI pilots have stalled.
  • Platform builds. AI-powered custom platforms, built for your operation. Fixed scope, fixed price.

Every system we deploy for a client is governed, auditable, observable, secure, model-neutral and built to run, regardless of the model behind it. We call it AI trusted by design; how we govern it is on our trust page.

Bring us the problem, not the specification. If you have an AI pilot that has to reach production, book a call. One call is enough to know whether we can help.

Questions

How can I get OrNsoft's security documents?
Our DPA and security questionnaire answers are available on request at [email protected].
Which AI models does OrNsoft work with?
Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral or open-source, switchable. You choose the models, and the system is designed so you can change them later without rebuilding it.
Who owns the work at the end of an engagement?
The project-specific code, integrations, evaluation assets and documentation we produce are yours.
Where does an OrNsoft system run?
Shared cloud, dedicated environment or on-premise, chosen by the client. Hosting and data handling are described on our trust page.
