OrNsoft is receiving a lot of request for proposal from client worldwide, we are looking for people who can reply to those requests. If you have basic knowledge of website, software or even just internet this may be enough as we provide training for this position.

Good formal English writing skills are needed, this job is a great opportunity with a lot of room for advancement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create clear and concise management, technical and cost documentation. (training provided)
  • Maintain a current internal documentation library.
  • Design documentation templates that can be used for various customer deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with remote teaming partners using online collaboration tools.
  • Provide production, publication, and copying of documents.
  • Be an integral part of overall business development team through the integration of proposals and white papers on tactical and fixed IT systems.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Desired Experience/Skills:

  • MOTIVATED and RIGOROUS
  • Experience writing proposals or business documents or similar efforts.. (Good formal writing skills mandatory)
  • Detail oriented and organized, with strong oral and writing communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and collaboration software.

Is a plus if :

  • You have a portfolio demonstrating prior work and experiences creating documentation.

Description Be part of a fast-paced team within the IT department that develops, documents, tests, and maintains a wide array of software including web, mobile, and desktop customer facing applications, along with internal server, desktop, and web systems.

Your responsibilities:

Our projects vary widely in scope and technology, but essentially you will be doing these types of tasks on a day-to-day basis:

  • Designing and implementing new software.
  • Maintaining and improving the functionality of existing software and products.
  • Developing test cases and project documentation.
  • Conducting code reviews of colleagues’ work.
  • Communicating with managers, technical support, networking, and your developer colleagues. Database design and implementation (most often with MySQL).
  • Web design (many of our products are online courses and emulations of existing standardized tests).
  • The most common work setup is a Windows PC with shell access to our Linux servers; most of your development work will be on the Linux servers, although you have freedom to choose to develop directly on the server or use a Windows IDE or other editing tools.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in the field
  • Must be able to work on-site in Miami, Florida.
  • A computer science degree and/or enrolled in computer science classes or equivalent knowledge and experience.

As a Software Test Engineer, you will play a very important role in ensuring the quality and excellence of our products.   • Ability to write and test code in an object oriented language, preferably C#. (Java, Ruby, C++, VB.Net are also accepted, but must be able to ramp up to C# easily)
  • Principles of OOP
  • Some automation framework
  • Testing in an agile environment
  • Selenium knowledge/familiarity is preferred
  • Have worked with a CI system (ex. TeamCity, or one of the Butlers…)
  • Ability to write intermediate SQL code

Job summary

We are currently seeking Enterprise Account Executives in multiple locations worldwide. OrNsoft Enterprise Account Executives are responsible for selling OrNsoft  solutions into companies under $1.0B in revenue. This will fuel the growth by driving “new” software license subscriptions sales in our growing enterprise account market segment. The position will report to the Regional Director of Sales.

Your responsibilities:

  • Exceed annual sales targets
  • Develop an Enterprise Account Plan for each account, then drive the execution of that plan to success
  • Prospecting, building pipeline and selling Coupa cloud-based spend management solutions to net new enterprise accounts
  • Engage with C-level executives to position Coupa’s strategic value proposition and quarterback the deal to closure
  • Adopt the concept of Business Value Selling within the context of the Challenger Sale model
  • Provide pro-active, trusted thought leadership to target accounts
  • Co-sell with Resellers and Alliance Partners as needed (Resellers and Partners are acquired and managed by the Coupa Alliances team out of Coupa headquarters in San Mateo, CA, and in locations around the globe)
  • Orchestrate prospect and internal teams to collaboratively build Joint Vision Roadmaps outlining the value that Coupa will deliver and the investments the client will need to make
  • Create and execute Field Sales Campaigns to create demand
  • Develop and deliver world-class Executive Sales proposals to C-level prospects
  • Implement our Coupa Sales Best Practices
  • Forecasting accurately (benchmark +/- 10%).
  • Maintain the system of record in Salesforce.com
  • Develop and deliver world class Executive Sales proposals to C-level prospects
  • Engage with C-level prospects to position Coupa’s strategic value proposition and drive deals to closure.
  • Adopt the concept of Business Value Selling within the context of the Challenger Sale model
  • Align overall value messaging targeted towards the chief economic buyer in target accounts.
  • Build out an account penetration model that encourages multi-angle access into key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of direct sales experience in the software industry
  • The eligible candidate should be able to demonstrate a successful career with extensive direct sales and business development experience in the Region, and should be able to provide direct references in the Region who can attest to the acclaimed experience.
  • Consistent and proven track record of achieving / exceeding sales quota (on premise and SaaS)
  • Strong executive presence – very comfortable with C-level executives, especially CFOs
  • Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large deals
  • Ability to prospect within greenfield accounts
  • Organized and specific experience with enterprise account planning
  • Focused on selling business value to Finance and Business stakeholders using ROI and TCO models, rather than competing on “features & functions”
  • Ability to identify strategic client pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the client
